Hi, I'm Kiki Rozema! I am beyond excited to present this incredible event for girls and women in 2024! I have thoughtfully chosen the most incredible team of women to present and guide you through the activities during our day together. I have a Master of Education in Multidisciplinary Leadership and I taught junior high for 15 fabulous years. I have dabbled in Life Coaching and Professional Photography, but my true passion and purpose is in helping others recognize and believe in their worth in this world. I want girls and women to be understood and heard, and creating empowerment from within means we (as women) can spread that like wildfire! No Girl Left Behind evolved when my 3-day Empowerment Camp for Girls became too big to host just once a year, so I've created this event to reach more girls and women across 3 cities in Canada. My hope is to grow our event across Canada and into the US, while empowerment for girls and women becomes a massive initiative.
